There are no prerequisites for attending this course. This workshop will be beneficial for anyone wanting to learn more about handling process improvements, process analysis, quality professionals, etc., However, awareness on the basic concepts of process improvements would be an added advantage.

For webinar, the training will be provided to you online in Microsoft Teams. All you need is a windows computer with good internet connection to attend your classes online. A headset with microphone and an ergonomically comfortable seating is recommended, as you may have to sit for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Any specific tool or software requirement for online or classroom training,  will be notified to you along with our training invitation.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a 4 days workshop, each day the session starts from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM with a break for an hour from 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM. Timezone is IST (GMT +05:30, India Time)
