• To introduce new managers to key concepts of management systems to enable participants to get started as new managers or first-time managers.
• To present an overview of team building through standardized global models to enable them to adapt their team’s strengths to achieve defined targets
• To introduce participants to strategies of time management, self and others’ performance assessment and to give high-quality developmental feedback to enable them to be successful in their new roles
• To introduce participants to De Bono’s hats theory of decision making to enable them to take logical and thorough decisions quickly within a globally accepted creative framework.

Outcomes

By the end of the program, participants will have an understanding of how to apply essential management skills to perform their role as a new manager.
